Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 200 gram Oreo crumb (remove cream and crush)
- 20 gram butter
- 585 gram cream cheese
- 220 gram sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 180 gram sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla butter essence
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice

2. Add in eggs bit by bit then lemon juice. Pour in mixture into the mould then place it in oven to bake, 130 Degree Celsius for 45 minutes.

3. Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.

4. Refrigerate it for 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle cocoa powder or crushed Oreo on it and add a few pieces of Oreo on top, then serve!

It looks very delicious. I try this recipe tomorrow. Today I have a lot of work. My boss watching me, so I'm not bored in work ;)
